Current Status
I just broke in the motor, the first time it's been started since in my possession.  I did end up with a transmission leak but hopefully that will be an easy fix.  Videos of the break-in below.

Major Work Done So Far:
Tore off vinyl top
Tore Interior out
Replaced trunk floors and both 1/4 panels
Replaced Fenders
Replaced torque boxes and floor pans
Sanded off all original paint and primer
Sandblasted the engine-bay
Rebuilt the C4 transmission
Rebuilt 289
Rebuilt 8" rear-end from a 68 Mustang
New suspension all around
Bodywork and Paint
Engine and Transmission install
Battery relocated
Headliner installed
Windows installed/Weatherstripping finished
Engine broke-in
